We’re looking for an Assistant Supervisor to help manage our team. Assistant Supervisor Duties:
- Assist the General Manager and Operations Manager in day-to-day duties
- Organize, prioritize, and coordinate tasks
- Conduct research to gain the necessary background information
- Analyze data and draw conclusions
- Write correspondence and reports
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Skills Required: -Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Able to work independently, and with all levels of management

Assistant Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties as directed by the General Manager, Operations Manager, or Construction Manager
- Assist in managing hourly pay, scheduling, and payroll
- Prepare reports and perform other administrative and clerical tasks
- Train new employees
- Clean and maintain the facilities, including all kitchen areas, bathrooms, and common areas
- Operate all equipment
- Perform general housekeeping duties, such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash receptacles
- Transport equipment, supplies, and trash
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of supervisory experience preferably in retail or food service
- Knowledge of customer service techniques, and supervisory methods
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
- Ability to communicate effectively with Spanish speakers
