• Ensure compliance of project scopes, specifications, and budgets.
• Ensure all personnel are meeting safety requirements.

Construction Foreman Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform field activities including estimating, scheduling, and quality control.
• Maintain and update job-related documentation, including progress, safety, quality, and timecards.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards and guidelines and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Cooperate with client representatives to achieve project goals.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising sub-contractors and laborers.
• Refer issues to project manager or co-owner for resolution.

Requirements And Skills:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in construction management.
• Knowledge of construction methods.
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye.
