Corporate Attorney Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain client relationships, assign transaction work, develop and maintain client relationships, write and review contracts, and coordinate litigation support

- 2+ years’ proven experience in a procurement or legal affairs position
- Strong familiarity with federal and state laws
- Knowledge of procurement processes with particular emphasis on federal contracting regulations
