Corporate Controller Duties:
- Establishing and maintaining effective internal controls, policies and procedures
- Manage and monitor all financial functions and processes
- Develop and maintain economic, financial, and budgetary plans, forecasts
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, reports
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain accounting records in accordance with government and corporate standards
- Oversee cash flow management and financial planning
- Provide financial analysis
- Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Corporate Controller Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO with financial functions, including financial reporting, asset management, and tax planning
- Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements, quarterly forecasts, an annual budget, and five-year plan
- Maintain property and equipment records, including depreciation schedules
- Assist with tax filings, including 1099s and W-2s
- Establish and oversee all accounts payable and receivable functions
- Oversee the payroll process, including quarterly and annual tax reports
- Recommend and implement proper accounting procedures and internal controls
- Comply with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Recommend and implement policies and procedures related to accounting and internal controls

- 2+ years proven experience managing accounting and finance functions
