Job Brief:

Criminal Profiler Duties:

  • Provide orientation, training, and support to current and prospective employees and partners
  • Develop and implement specific programs and policies
  • Maintain and update company human resource policies and programs
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Manage all human resources activities including recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating

Criminal Profiler Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret criminal data to draw criminal profiles
  • Identify viable leads and develop investigative plans
  • Research and compile data from a variety of sources, including personal interviews, evidence, and court records
  • Work with law enforcement agencies to close cases and obtain convictions
  • Maintain and update knowledge database

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or psychology preferred
  • 5+ years of law enforcement or military experience
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to interpret graphic data
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others in a variety of settings.
