Customer Intelligence Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain customer intelligence strategies to identify profitable, high-potential accounts, and garnish and retain customer base
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified intelligence platform, and adjust database management to reflect changes, including adding new contacts and correcting inaccuracies
  • Identify, investigate, and document key account, market, and competitor information to build business profiles for existing and potential businesses; research and develop account specific marketing strategies
  • Support administrative and computing needs, including coordinating IT projects, events, and travel
  • Assist with the creation, deployment, and maintenance of incentive and loyalty programs

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience working with marketing and sales data
  • Work experience generating and utilizing predictive customer modeling and segmentation data
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills
