Escrow Officer Duties:
- Prepare and explain documents, reports, or statements explaining legal rights and obligations
- Perform routine clerical functions relating to escrow transactions

- Assist with real estate transactions
- Coordinate with the borrowers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys

- Maintain business relationships with banking institutions, realtors, and other parties
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or economics or related field
- 3+ years’ proven experience in an escrow or real estate related position
- Strong knowledge of real estate and escrow practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Knowledge of financial operations and accounting practices
