- Support company’s global expansion by managing the expatriate program, ensuring compliance with company’s international regulations
- Promote the company image and reputation
- Enforce company policy and procedures
- Promote company’s policies, programs, procedures, and values
- Maintain and update, when necessary, all company specific documentation
- Assist with recruitment process
- Promote legal compliance
- Facilitate workers’ transition to the organization

- Assist with relocation and Outbound travel arrangement for expatriates
- Maintain and update local employee’s records including addresses, bank account, and visa processing
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
- Create and maintain files on all personnel, including local employees, expatriates, and contractors
- Recommend and implement security enhancements
- Assist with vendor vetting
- Provide administrative support as required
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in administration activities
- Understanding of mission, purpose, and policies of the company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
