- Make reservations for guests and handle all hotel/motel guest account inquiries
- Establish and maintain guest loyalty by identifying and meeting guest needs
- Provide a positive first impression for guests by greeting them, addressing their inquiries, and seating them at a clean and well-stocked dining area
- Maintain and process inventories, requisitions and purchasing
