Group Leader Duties:
- Develop and motivate a team of 15-20 volunteers
- Develop, market, and implement a strategic plan including training, administrative, and financial objectives
- Oversee and delegate the duties and responsibilities of each volunteer
- Enforce the group’s code of ethics, policies and procedures
- Ensure volunteers are motivating, knowledgeable, and work together as a group to achieve the program’s goals

Group Leader Responsibilities:

- Receive and process RFQs, work orders, orders, and purchase orders, and oversee inventory and material management
- Manage inventory and material management
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve internal control deficiencies-Coach, counsel, and mentor employees to improve performance
- Retain existing customers and encourage their referrals
- Determine and approve overtime
- Update job performance reviews
- Maintain and promote a positive work environment

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social science, education, psychology, or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a management role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees
