HR Administrative Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager, evaluating and recommending policies and practices to make the organization more effective.
- Perform HR duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager, including general correspondence, update and maintain employee records, compile reports, and prepare correspondence.
- Be responsible for data entry and maintaining employee files, including employment records, payroll, training, and benefits records.
- Serve as receptionist for HR department during working hours.
- Identify, research, and resolve administrative problems.
- Conduct research to identify trends or problems related to employee benefit programs.
- Help managers in compliance matters as needed.
- Act as a liaison between department managers and human resource offices.
- Maintain and update employee information in computer systems.
- Assist in interviewing job applicants.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
