Job Brief:

We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic who can help us keep our factory running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, from fixing leaks to replacing worn parts. We’re counting on you to keep our machines running efficiently and safely.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Duties:

• Serve as a crucial part of the maintenance department, overseeing and assisting service and production employees during maintenance work on large-scale manufacturing equipment, ensuring that parts, tools, and machines are fully functional
• Maintain, analyze, and repair a variety of industrial equipment, including vacuums, pumps, compressors, and turbines
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Perform complex maintenance on industrial equipment, including complete overhauls
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment by determining problem and making necessary repairs
• Develop and complete detailed reports on maintenance issues
• Perform routine equipment inspections

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, cranes, graders, tractors, and wheel loaders
• Ensure consistent and safe operations of equipment
• Maintain equipment log books to record maintenance, repairs, and usage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Attend pre-shift and safety meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

• Current ASE certification (Automotive Service Excellence) in Industrial Maintenance or Powertrain
• 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment mechanics
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision
