IT Project Manager Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the IT project management lifecycle, including requirements analysis and design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, as well as managing deliverables to generate on-time and within budget project completion
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved within scope, schedule, and quality constraints
• Confirm requirements, analyze functional and technical specifications, and develop work breakdown structures and project plans
• Establish and establish Project Plans, budgets, and timelines, and effectively communicate these requirements to project team
• Manage project schedules to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget
• Manage project risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure timely resolution
• Develop and maintain project status reports to communicate project status to key stakeholders
• Maintain project documentation including scope, project plan, statement of work, contracts, and product requirements documentation
• Provide ongoing technical support to project team and end users

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years project management experience
• Knowledge of project management techniques and best practices
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and develop software applications and databases
