• Effectively promote, defend, and defend

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of current trends in motivational speaking
• Develop effective and persuasive speech structures

• Deliver compelling, persuasive, and personal presentations

Motivational Speaker Responsibilities

• Develop methods and programs to motivate employees
• Develop goals, objectives, and action plans that will help achieve those goals
• Develop and monitor training programs for all direct reports to ensure their competency
• Implement new processes, products, services, and systems
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in speech communications
• Knowledge of motivational techniques and methods
• Knowledge of HR industry practices
