Job Brief:
We’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assisting with the daily operations of the company, interacting with customers, and supporting the sales team. Operations Associate Duties:
- Work with team members to establish policies and procedures that support company operations
- Maintain continuity with operations by reviewing and maintaining operational procedures and protocols
- Provide input/feedback to the operations team to create standard operating procedures
- Oversee inventory, including ordering and maintaining supply levels and location
- Create and disseminate reports
- Work with vendors to resolve problems and assist in resolving customer issues

Operations Associate Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse and dispatch center (including safety, quality assurance, quality assurance, quality control, and team management)
- Reconcile customer orders to ensure that deliveries of goods, materials, and scheduling of crews will comply with established deadlines and budgets
- Assist operations and dispatch team when necessary, including assisting with outbound call and inbound call
- Responsible for ensuring shipments are routed properly through established route schedule, using logical routing techniques
- Maintain inventory and order controls in the warehouse and dispatch center, including receiving, picking, shipping, expediting, and storing, according to the established standards
- Manage the warehouse and dispatch center workflow and workflow processes, including supervising and completing routine and non-routine tasks
- Maintain records and reports in the dispatch center, including shipping and receiving, inspection, and inventory
Requirements And Skills:
- Proficient in use of property systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and meet targets
