We’re looking for a Pet Sitter to help us take care of our beloved animals while we’re away on vacation. The ideal candidate will be someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and loving. Pet Sitter Duties:
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment for pets and owners
- Protect pets from danger by supervising them appropriately
- Ensure proper feeding habits and exercise
- Provide companionship to pets
- Assist with training pets
Pet Sitter Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise pet sitting schedule, including daily, weekly, and seasonal duties
- Provide one-on-one playtime and socialization for pets
- Create, maintain, and update pet profile documents including feeding, medication, and playtime recommendations
- Develop and update pet care sheet for each pet
- Meet new clients and build a trusting relationship with them
- Understand client’s preferences and routines
- Maintain a clean and safe environment around pets
- Create and pre-schedule a schedule of duties for each pet
- Ensure that pets are adequately supervised at all times, including during feeding, medication, playtime, and after exercise
- Provide clients with a detailed daily report
- Perform any other duties as assigned
