We’re looking for a Process Associate who is detail-oriented and has experience working with data. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and be able to take initiative when needed.
Process Associate Duties:
- Maintain and uphold the internal standards of the organization
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all company facilities
- Maintain a desirable customer-service environment
- Maintain vehicle maintenance records
- Identify, schedule, and oversee preventative maintenance
- Maintain supplies inventory
- Maintain records of material and equipment repairs
- Maintain records of building occupancy, and occupancy costs
- Track and initiate necessary legal updates
Process Associate Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate all manufacturing and production operations including planning, scheduling, human resources, purchasing, inventory control, quality management, and customer and vendor relations
- Keep a watchful eye on production lines, and ensure they are running properly and efficiently at all times
- Generate and disseminate production forecasts, cost reports, and inventory reports to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain production priorities to ensure minimum manufacturing lead times are met
- Review, track, and report on inventory levels and stock levels
- Promote and maintain a healthy and safe work environment
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, chemical, or chemical engineering
- 2 years industrial experience in process optimization
- Strong knowledge of process metallurgy
- Understanding of roller-coaster design and fundamentals
- Knowledge of process engineering principles, practices and techniques
