Process Control Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop analytical solutions to process control problems using a variety of mathematical, statistical, and programming techniques
• Manage the operating costs of equipment and systems, including the cost of energy, liquid fuels, water, and ink
• Maintain and develop operating data, develop production plans, and forecast energy consumption
• Develop and maintain energy management strategies, and implement energy management systems
• Maintain and repair instruments and automation equipment

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, or related field
• 3+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
• Knowledge of unit operations, process controls, and control systems
• Understanding of process modeling, simulation, control software, and equipment sizing
