Project Analyst Duties:
- Develop detailed project renderings and cost estimates
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets
- Develop project execution strategies
- Coordinate project activities with clients, engineers, and architects
- Create and manage project teams
- Promote and manage the development of the firm
- Work closely with Sales staff to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain clear and concise communications with clients, architects, designers, and team members
Project Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers and engineers by compiling and analyzing data for projects, and identifying trends, opportunities, and solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and estimates to clients, and work with clients to ensure requirements are understood
- Research competing products and vendors, and compile product comparisons for internal use
- Assist project managers in establishing project budgets and schedules, and monitor expenditures
- Prepare project kickoff and site meetings, and oversee performance of subcontractors during project
- Assist project managers in managing project risks
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, organization development, or related field
- 5+ years’ proven experience analyzing and designing construction projects
- Ability to develop detailed work plans and schedules
- Ability to analyze all types of engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating multiple
