Research and Development Engineer Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, research, test, analyze, and evaluate new and modified products, processes, and services to meet business requirements
• Research, evaluate, and select potential suppliers and vendors
• Analyze and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and diagrams
• Analyze and evaluate alternative solutions
• Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal customers and suppliers
• Develop and audit test plans
• Provide technical assistance and training to less experienced employees
• Develop and manage budgets, including purchasing and procurement

Requirements And Skills:

• 2+ years’ of relevant research and development experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related field
• Proven knowledge and experience in conducting research, designing product solutions, and presenting findings/results
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to find creative solution
