We’re looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a variety of administrative tasks and be able to work independently with little supervision.
Senior Executive Assistant Duties:
- Establish relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Maintain and track extensive calendars, schedules, and meeting notes
- Prepare correspondence, notes, reports, and presentations for management
- Conduct administrative duties for the CEO
- Support the CEO and management team by handling all administrative and operational activities
- Provide assistance to the CEO in all phases of project development
- Perform other duties as assigned
