Skincare Specialist Duties:

• Evaluate skin analysis findings to identify problem areas and provide a skin care regimen
• Offer non-prescription skincare products, such as cleansers, toners, and moisturizers
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Promote a positive, professional image by dressing professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Skincare Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist with product development by conducting market research, creating, and conducting market tests
• Research formulas and ingredients to ensure product line meets consumer and regulatory compliance
• Develop product labels, merchandising, and promotional materials
• Develop product pricing strategies
• Manage inventory and orders

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in skin care or cosmetology
