Steward Duties
- Provides assistance to residents, visitors, and employees
- Ensures kitchen/dining facility is clean, orderly, and stocked
- Manages staffing of kitchen and dining room, according to forecasted needs
- Maintains inventory of kitchen supplies
- Provides direct assistance to the Dietary Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Steward Responsibilities
- Deliver quality service in selling groceries, maximizing sales, and upholding company standards by assisting customers with shopping, bag checks, check out, and payment
- Manage merchandise, including replenishing stock and rotating displays
- Oversee physical security of stores, including monitoring and closing doors
- Assist with inventory and loss prevention activities
- Meet and greet customers
- Assist with cleaning duties as needed

Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
