Systems Analyst Duties:
- Design/document and implement new, modified, or improved systems, processes, and procedures, including database design and programming
- Implement systems by clearly defining objectives, identifying alternatives, evaluating results, and recommending changes and improvements
- Provide support for, oversee, and manage the implementation of new technologies, such as the Internet, intranet, and extranet
- Provide development support
- Conduct analyses to identify and develop solutions for recurring or complex problems
- Research, locate, and troubleshoot information, problems, and solutions
- Provide cost/benefit analyses and make recommendations
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Systems Analyst Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical support functions such as analyzing problems, developing and testing solutions, and installing systems
- Under general supervision, apply technical knowledge, engineering principles, and information technology to identify, design, and implement IT solutions

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, management information systems or other business discipline
- 2+ years experience in business analysis, system design, or project management
- Proven skills in data analysis and predictive modeling
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel
