As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working with our technical and business teams to understand our business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will also be responsible for working with our development team to ensure that our products are built to meet our business requirements. Technical Business Analyst Duties:
- Work with the project manager to develop project scope and timeline
- Analyze and interpret user requirements, user stories, use cases, and system architecture documents
- Participate in design and testing activities, review code, and participate in system implementations
- Assist with maintaining and documenting systems
- Perform data validation checks
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, policies, and procedures
- Diligence in reviewing data to be input to system
- Identify, quantify, and document business process improvements
- Identify, analyze, and document user interface issues
- Create user documentation including process flows, roles and responsibilities, and use cases
- Train users on system processes and application
- Identify and resolve system-specific issues through research and analysis
- Perform other duties as assigned
Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities:
