Telesales Executive Duties:
- Ensure customers are provided timely responses to their inquiries and requests for information
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of product, pricing, and services
- Provide appropriate feedback to others regarding any inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Ensure regular contact with the Sales Director and management team
- Establish and maintain relationships with other departments (such as marketing and customer service)
- Maintain professionalism with clients at all times
- Continue to build customer relationships and stay abreast of customer preferences and needs
- Understand customers’ concerns, complaints, and problems and respond accordingly
- Seek training as needed to advance job position
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Telesales Executive Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound sales support including email, phone, and chat, and sell products and subscriptions to new and existing customers
- Research customers’ business needs to find appropriate solutions using knowledge of products, services, and pricing
- Implement outbound calling campaigns or directly contact prospective customers, qualifying them to determine the best solution and closing the sale
- Develop relationships with clients through the sales process
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customers’ needs through call handling, troubleshooting, and follow up
- Contact customers to inform about product upgrades and enhancements

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of proven experience selling B2B solutions
- Strong ability in relationship building and establishing communication lines with key individuals
- Proven ability to establish and maintain customer trust
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
