Job Brief:

We’re looking for a Web Developer who can help us build and improve our website. We’re looking for someone who is experienced in coding and designing websites, and who can help us make our site more user-friendly and efficient. Web Developer Duties:

• Develop and maintain websites, including updating existing websites and composing new site content
• Build web applications based on customer specifications
• Design and develop sites with standard web technologies
• Provide technical guidance for web projects
• Assist in developing and maintaining backend systems
• Meet with clients and other team members to discuss project objectives and processes
• Explore, test, implement, and maintain new technologies/software
• Create/manage/monitor/update/maintain web-based data stores
• Work with graphic designers to create graphics for websites

Web Developer Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining websites to support the sales and marketing functions of the business
• Assist in the development and testing of software, building, testing, and deploying code, including the use of version control, continuous integration, and automated testing
• Research new web technologies and develop solutions to enhance business performance
• Develop and implement improvements to website and applications
• Assist in developing and documenting best practices for website operations
• Help with application development and maintenance
• Responsible for project planning, estimation, and resource allocation

• Work with other internal teams such as QA, product management, and technical support

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 2-4+ years’ web development experience, preferably with PHP and MySQL
• Excellent understanding of front-end and back-end technologies
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
