Window Tinter Duties:

• Install windows
• Maintain ladders and scaffolds
• Maintain tools
• Pack and load materials
• Foremen jobs
• Handle all material and monetary accounts
• Retain supplies, equipment, and vehicles
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and regulations
• Perform other job duties as assigned

Window Tinter Responsibilities:

• Ability to read plans
• Highly skilled in math, math (to scale), and measuring
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Ability to follow instructions, work unsupervised, and meet deadlines
• Ability to read blueprints

Requirements And Skills:

• Perform window tinting services, including tinting windows to prepare vehicles for sale and completing auto window tints for residential and commercial customers
• Ensure daily work processes meet required standards and procedures
• Train and motivate employees to consistently provide excellent customer service
• Train new team members
• Monitor and oversee inventory, equipment and supplies
• Be aware of industry regulations
• Promote positive relationships with customers
• Conduct daily safety inspections
• Maintain a clean work environment
