What is Coaching?

Coaching involves helping individuals or groups to improve their skills and performance levels. It can involve providing guidance and advice or teaching new techniques and methods.

What is Coaching Questions?

A coaching question is a guiding question that is used to probe for more information from your employees or customers.

The questions you pose to your employees or customers help to identify issues that may be affecting their performance.

For example, if you are having trouble meeting your production goals, your coaching questions should focus on the reasons why.

Perhaps your employees are not being assigned enough tasks, or they are not being held accountable for their performance.

A coaching question may also be probing. A probing question asks about a certain topic but does not provide a direct answer.

Why does Coaching be necessary?
