Administrator Duties:
- Perform administrative support duties such as project budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and record keeping
- Maintain records and databases
- Process routine correspondence and reports
- Assist with administrative support responsibilities
Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with project scheduling, day-to-day administrative duties, and vendor management
- Perform administrative project support tasks including, but not limited to, preparing contracts, contract waivers, and payment applications, coordinating project submittals, monitoring project progress, and verifying project delivery
- Assist with developing and maintaining project files, and maintain project documentation
- Assist with project closeout and file archiving
- Attend management and staff meetings
Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in an administrative job
- Strong organization and communication skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and prioritize responsibilities
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work in a team environment
