Job Brief:

We are looking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment complex. This includes performing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to resident requests in a timely and professional manner. Apartment Maintenance Technician Duties:

• Assist with maintenance and upkeep of property
• Aid in the coordination of repairs or maintenance with the apartment building manager
• Check and repair heating and water systems as needed
• Repairs electrical systems
• Check thermostat settings
• Check smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors
• Using a ventilating fan, check for excess moisture in the dwellings
• Check for clogged gutters
• Check for damaged roofs
• Check for damaged walls or ceilings
• Install or repair heating, plumbing, or electrical systems
• Clean windows and screens
• Fix door handles or window latches
• Clean ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves
