AZ Driver Duties

• Achieve 100% driver compliance at all times
• Ensure every driver is properly licensed, insured, and safe on the road
• Monitor and intervene when drivers break company policy
• Investigate accidents and traffic violations
• Report to dispatch regarding the status of drivers at all times

AZ Driver Responsibilities

• Drive a truck, van, or flat-bed trailer and apply safety procedures, like loading cargo, backing, and parking
• Receive and unload parcels and shipments, using hand tools, special attachments, or forklifts
• Deliver parcels to business customers, residential customers, or courier companies

Requirements and Skills

• Clear driving record for the last 3 years
• Exceptional safety record
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Ability to work long hours in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to drive at night and on weekend
