We’re looking for Baker to come out of hiding and face the music. He’s been on the run for weeks, and we’re getting close to finding him.
Baker Duties:
- Prepare and decorate bakery items
 - Monitor inventory levels to ensure operational efficiency
 - Maintain the cleanliness of bakery areas
 - Maintain all bakery equipment and materials, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance
 - Enforce health and safety regulations
 - Review and approve all costs related to bakery items
 - Seek out opportunities to improve operational efficiencies
 
Baker Responsibilities:
- Produce quality, customized baked goods and baked goods-based desserts according to professional recipes and customer specified specifications; maintain cleanliness of work areas
 - Make sure all baked goods produced meet quality and food safety guidelines
 - Ensure all equipment is cleaned and sanitized prior to use, and that all areas are clean and orderly
 - Maintain inventory levels by tracking daily sales and usage
