Budtender Duties:
- Inspire and educate customers about the various styles and benefits of our marijuana products
- Prevent customer dissatisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of personal appearance and sales techniques
- Use effective communication skills to respond to customer concerns
- Perform product delivery duties
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in training, including adherence to all policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with management and other team members
Budtender Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver superb guest service towards maintaining profitability by representing the company’s products and services effectively
- Attend to customer needs, inquiries, complaints, and suggestions, and handle suggestive selling effectively
- Provide information about available products, services, and facilities in order to encourage guests to shop or dine
- Maintain adequate inventory of inventory items at all times, keeping them organized, stocked, and visible

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field
- 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and vendors
