We’re looking for Cocktail Waitress to work in our high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience. They will be responsible for taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring that the guests are satisfied.

Cocktail Waitress Duties:

• Serve food and drinks according to sales, food and beverage company standards and restaurant policies
• Clearly communicate guest needs, needs, and expectations to the service staff
• Provide accurate food and beverage information to guests
• Ensure carry out items are properly packed and stored
• Follow company guidelines regarding proper handling and presentation of beverages
• Assist with maintaining bar inventory and cleanliness of bar area
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Takes customer’s drink order and follows guest’s drinking preferences
• Serve guests in a friendly manner
• Follow company policies regarding safe food handling practices and guest security
• Complete other duties as assigned by manager

Cocktail Waitress Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks to customers, including bar tenders, managers, and VIPs, and check with guests on refills, orders, and staff assistance
• Open and close bar, and stock bar, using proper bar management techniques
• Take orders, make change, and refill beverages
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized bar and dining room
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment

Requirements And Skills:

• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Proficient in cash register operation
• Proficient in bar-tending techniques
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills
• Must have at least 2 years of cocktail waitress experience.
