Contract Analyst Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential real estate holdings
- Construct real estate portfolios, including establishing strategic objectives and actively monitoring the portfolio
- Develop and maintain real estate portfolios by formulating investment strategies, allocating resources, and formulating real estate acquisition criteria
- Maintain productive relationships with management, analysis, and operations staff
- Monitor the financial condition of real estate holdings
- Review, negotiate, and draft legal documents
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations
- Conduct due diligence by investigating all information related to real estate holdings
- Plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of real estate projects
- Assist with site selection by conducting market research to identify potential real estate holdings, reviewing and analyzing real estate holdings, and preparing reports
- Develop, maintain, and oversee real estate holdings by formulating investment strategies, allocating resources, and formulating real estate acquisition criteria
Contract Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate contracts, payment terms, and subcontractor agreements, and ensure they meet corporate standards regarding compliance and contracts
- Conduct pre- and post-construction inspections to verify quality, plan compliance, and safety standards
- Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels, and tools and equipment are in good working condition
