We’re looking for a Contract Specialist to support our organization’s contracting needs. The Contract Specialist will be responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts, as well as providing guidance and support on contract-related matters.
Contract Specialist Duties:
- Create, manage, and oversee all contractual agreements and documents between subcontractors and owners
- Conduct initial meetings with prospective subcontractors, communicates their qualifications, and negotiates the best possible agreement
- Manage all change orders
- Follow up with contractors to ensure work is progressing as scheduled, and to resolve any disputes
- Approve all invoices and bills for services rendered
- Foster effective communication between contractors and owners to ensure the most positive working relationship possible

- Create and update DDS, RFQ, and RFP documents
- Capture and approve project changes

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of sales experience including familiarity with residential design and sales
