Embroidery Machine Operator Job Description

An embroidery machine operator is an occupation which involves the handling, operating, or fixing of embroidery machines.

Embroidery Machine Operator Duties:

• Operate embroidery equipment and software to create product designs
• Apply appropriate color fill patterns
• Create and edit designs on embroidery machines
• Convert designs from electronic formats to embroidery format
• Provide high-quality embroidery work
• Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials
• Maintain quality assurance standards

Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate embroidery sewing machines to produce company logos, badges, and other uniform items for Hard Rock International
• Interpret work instructions, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions
• Follow all OSHA and OSHA-HACCP guidelines and regulations
• Follow all security protocols
• Maintain a clean, orderly work space
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

• 2+ years’ proven experience operating embroidery machines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and rectify problems
• Basic knowledge of sewing
• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of basic computers
