Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Field Manager to oversee our field operations. The Field Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of our field staff. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of workers and be able to ensure that our field operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Field Manager Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and management directions by increasing revenue, reducing costs, and improving service quality
- Manage the scheduling of day-to-day field activities, including personnel and equipment
- Direct and supervise field personnel during routine and emergency maintenance procedures
- Evaluate the performance of field personnel
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
