Field Service Representative Duties:
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by being responsive, timely, and communicative
- Exceed customer expectations by remaining focused on service when booking appointments, attending appointments, and closing service requests
- Assist customers by reviewing equipment, determining work needed, and issuing invoices
- Identify and resolve service issues
- Develop and maintain necessary documentation
