We’re looking for a Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or accounting and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The Finance Associate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, supporting the accounting team with month-end closing, and helping to maintain the general ledger. Finance Associate Duties:
- Review and analyze financial data to prepare reports, statements, and recommendations
- Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate funding for all company operations
- Establish accounting and internal control procedures, procedures, and policies
- Advise senior staff on financial issues and requirements
- Attend meetings and provide reports from accounting
- Perform other duties as assigned
Finance Associate Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records for all projects, including invoices, purchase orders, purchase order adjustments, and budgets
