Food and Beverage Manager Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving and sustaining the financial objectives of a food and beverage operation

- Maintain relationships with key staff (chefs, managers, etc) to ensure the highest standard of quality is maintained
- Develop marketing strategies to maximize profitability
