Job Brief:
We’re looking for a Front Desk Manager who is organized and efficient, with a strong focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a front desk, and will be able to work well under pressure.
Front Desk Manager Duties:
- Supervise front desks in hotels and casinos
- Place, train, and mentor employees to ensure appropriate performance
- Develop competent employees by evaluating their skills and knowledge, and providing them assistance or training
- Evaluate employee job performance, and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with human resources to maintain accurate employee records
- Maintain employee discipline records, conduct employee orientation programs, and enforce company policies
- Maintain a high quality level of customer service by working proactively with customers to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain customer and visitor satisfaction surveys
- Create and implement policies and procedures for employee compensation programs
- Communicate new policies and procedures to employees
Front Desk Manager Responsibilities:
