We’re looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team of front office staff and will be able to provide excellent customer service.
Front Office Manager Duties:
- Oversee the front desk and employees in the front office, including scheduling conference rooms, greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and conducting other necessary tasks
- Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth operation
- Assist guests in coordinating their travel needs
- Manage all office systems, such as scheduling, inventory, security, and accounting
- Monitor and perform regular inspections of the office facilities

- Ensure that front office operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on sales and service, including working closely with the Sales Director to address any issues that may arise with team members, customers, and vendors

- 2+ years experience in a front office or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or resort
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Ability to meet deadlines effectively, juggle multiple tasks at once
