Job Brief:
We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures and be able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels. The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department and assisting with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. HR Associate Duties:
- Attend to and resolve employee concerns, questions, and grievances
- Enforce company policies and employee handbook
- Provide professional guidance to managers on hiring, termination, discipline, and compensation
- Prepare and analyze payroll
- Prepare reports for management
- Track employee performance
- Monitor employee attendance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
HR Associate Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new HR programs and best practices
- Improve and streamline existing HR processes
- Manage HR databases, including applicant tracking, performance, and compensation management
- Perform background, drug, and reference checks, and verify employment eligibility
- Develop and maintain employee files and records, including attendance, performance reviews, and disciplinary documentation

Requirements And Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years’ proven experience in human resources
- Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
