HRIS Analyst Duties:
- Perform human resource functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance, while maintaining confidentiality
- Research, analyze, and respond to employee inquiries
- Perform job analysis
- Develop and distribute training materials
- Produce reports as required
- Create operational procedures
- Develop metrics to measure the success of the program’s initiative
- Lead human resources strategy
HRIS Analyst Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HR team to maintain and update employee records including data, benefits, and compensation
- Manage all HR data and systems including Kronos and Taleo
- Manage onboarding and termination processes with support of HR team
- Assist with monthly newsletters
- Configure and troubleshoot HR systems
Requirements And Skills:
- 2+ years dedicated experience as a HRIS Analyst
- Strong general and administrative skills
- Knowledge of workforce management, talent management, and payroll systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
