We’re looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead our team in recruiting and retaining the best employees for our company. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain top talent. In addition, the Human Resource Manager will oversee the development and delivery of training programs and initiatives.
Human Resource Manager Duties:
- Manage, direct, and coordinate the human resource activities of an organization
- Understand and adhere to all federal, state, and local laws and policies, including those related to discrimination
- Ensure that hiring and termination criteria are established, and meet appropriate criteria
- Develop and implement procedures for hiring, training, employee relations, and performance management
- Manage benefits plans, including health, retirement, and life insurance
- Manage employee benefit enrollment and administration
- Manage disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Manage employee records and employee information
- Manage all human resource-related documentation for submission to various regulatory agencies
- Assist with preparation of human resource policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment and selection procedures
