Infant Teacher Duties:
- Provide infant care during specified shifts
- Maintain daily logs of infants’ activities
- Monitor infants’ mental and physical development
- Provide age-appropriate activities and stimulation
- Recommend age appropriate developmental milestones
- Coordinate with other staff on treatment plans, feeding schedules, and diaper changes

- Evaluate performance, plan remedial activities as needed, and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Communicate effectively with parents, children, and teachers

- Make reports to management, including progress toward annual goals
- Maintain a clean classroom
- Develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum
