Inside Sales Executive Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, initial contact, qualification, proposal and presentation, and customer follow-up.
- Develop strong relationships with a defined list of key account contacts, while providing consistent, exceptional customer service
- Prospect for new business opportunities, including cold calling, networking events, and cold calls
- Track and measure sales data, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and metrics
- Meet monthly sales goals
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the competitive landscape
Inside Sales Executive Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats, and perform outbound calling and emails to provide information about our products and services to customers
- Research and develop leads; organize and prioritize incoming requests

- Uphold HIG and CoE standards, comply with all policies, procedures, and practices

- 2+ years’ proven experience as an inside sales executive or sales assistant
