We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best candidates for our open positions. As an Internal Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Internal Recruiter Duties:

  • Research and develop job applicants for open positions, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews for qualified candidates
  • Identify potential candidates for open positions, researching candidates based on online and career fairs
  • Assist in filling vacant positions by coordinating all efforts for finding candidates, interviewing applicants, and hiring new employees
  • Develop relationships with both current employees and potential hires
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Help develop job descriptions and post them on job boards
